Olivia Willett

Director

Olivia immigrated to Australia from the United Kingdom with her husband and two children in August 2007. Prior to arriving in Australia Olivia worked as barrister in the UK for 5 years. Practising in the areas of family law, criminal law and immigration matters. She graduated from University of London (SOAS) in 1998 with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2002 in the UK. Olivia is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and has been a member since 2002. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor (Australia) in 2009 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and began work as a family lawyer with Butcher Paull and Calder in the same year. Olivia practiced exclusively in family law until she left in 2012. As a Director and practitioner at Adamson & Adamson Lawyers she practices in all areas of family law which includes property settlement both marital, de-facto and same sex relationships, children and parenting issues/orders as well as divorce applications. Olivia is committed to offering the highest care and attention to all her clients as well as clients of Adamson & Adamson Lawyers whilst giving them clear concise advice which would be required by them to make an informed decision about their family law matters. Since commencing work in Australia, Olivia has appeared regularly in the Family Court of Western Australia. Olivia is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association. Olivia also speaks fluent French and four African languages.
